    Maturity Arc: Volunteer Roots to Audited Present

    2019–2021: volunteer era, 350+ community murals, methodology built through practice. 2022–present: funded humanitarian programming with independent annual audits.

    Deaf theatre as standard not exception. 90% women cohorts in flagship projects. IDP–host community integration designed into every programme, not retrofitted.

Featured project

Social Cohesion and Culture of Peace

A five-month, multi-track delivery across Gedaref and Kassala. With DT Global, financed by USAID before the agency closed, under Gedaref HAC oversight. Health clinics and mobile teams, water to seventeen gathering sites, arts events, and capacity training. The record: 12,028 direct beneficiaries, 20,331 indirect, 97,785 litres of clean water to 4,611 people. Our final report names what worked and what didn't.
