G.Artistic Organization runs this website to introduce our work and to open a line to funders and partners. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or write to us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our handling of beneficiary, staff, and volunteer data is governed by our Data Protection Policy, summarised on the Standards page.

Who we are

G.Artistic Organization is a Sudanese voluntary organization registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission under C.No. 166/2024, with its head office in Gedaref and offices in Kassala, Blue Nile, and South Kordofan.

What we collect

We keep collection to the minimum. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. What we hold falls into two groups:

  • Information you send us. When you use a contact or partnership form, or email us directly, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server information such as the type of request, the page served, and an approximate location derived from your network. This keeps the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use the information for clear and limited purposes, never to build a profile of you and never to make automated decisions about you. Specifically:

  • To answer your message and continue a conversation you started.
  • To assess and manage partnership or funding enquiries.
  • To keep the website available, fast, and protected from abuse.

Analytics

We plan to measure visits with Plausible, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. It reports totals, such as how many people read a page, never individuals. Until that is in place, we rely only on the basic server data described above.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we ever add a feature that needs a cookie to function, it will be a strictly necessary one, and we will note it here.

Forms and third parties

Our contact and partnership forms may be handled by a specialist form provider so your message reaches us reliably, and embedded scheduling, when offered, uses Cal.com. These providers process your message only to deliver it to us, under their own terms. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only as long as it serves the purpose you contacted us for, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. Enquiries that lead nowhere are cleared in the normal course of managing our inbox.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gartistic7.com and we will respond. You can stop sending us information at any time, and you are never required to give more than you wish.

Children

This website is meant for funders, partners, and the general public, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will move the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be clearly marked.
